Westcoast and Revere spotted a gap in the market for providing practical, channel-centric marketing advice to its reseller base. The aim was to position Westcoast as a valid source of thought leadership education and a voice of authority for marketing services and support – an area often overlooked in channel comms – while also building commercial relationships.

Solution

Emphasise what works.

Revere worked to produce practical, valuable content that Westcoast’s partners could gain real insight from. This would help Westcoast distinguish itself as more than just a distributor, but a long-term partner that helps businesses realise their goals.

A new marketing hub, Channel Compass, was produced to act as a central landing page for all the new content; along with a five-year plan for content growth and development. Gated forms were used for high-value pieces, to help provide insight and turn the content into genuine leads.

Results

The Channel Compass site has quickly built a community of marketing professionals and effectively captures data through gated content.
