With a strong reputation already established in the Metropolitan Police, SSCL wanted to expand its recruitment services into policing communities around the country. Revere was challenged with creating a direct mail campaign that engaged and nurtured long-term relationships with HR directors. It would need to cut through to a challenging, difficult to access audience, while considering the restrictions of value-based content and security in the public sector.

Revere worked with SSCL to produce The Recruit, a targeted industry magazine that captured the challenges of the audience and elevated the Shared Services proposition in a fresh, engaging way. By focusing on transparency, both in terms of packaging design and content, the eye-catching, professional-looking magazine was able to reach its intended audience. Activation assets were also created to help the sales team maintain and progress relationships.
