With a sales focus to increase Device as a Service business for Microsoft Surface products, Westcoast needed a way to shift their partners’ mindsets from traditional transactional sales to an ‘as a Service’ model for customers. With the market saturated with un-inspiring messaging, Westcoast challenged Revere to bring DaaS to life in a fun, light-hearted way that captured attention, whilst providing valuable educational and sales enablement tools for their partners.

Revere conducted primary research into the audience and industry to help identify key gaps in the market and create a campaign that aligned to the needs of Westcoast’s partners. The result was a campaign led by a fun character – Fast Simon, the world’s fastest sloth. Simon personifies a partner that’s transitioned into selling DaaS; motivated, passionate and confident in delivering the solution. Revere developed and executed a full end-to-end tactical plan, that included a targeted video DM, website, social campaign, sales enablement toolkits and a cost saving calculator.
